PC Tattered Girl's Cape
This used to drop in Kryta but was discontinued not long after GW was released. It can still be used but its collector value is too great.
I forgot all about having one till I did a little consolidating the other day. I'm not a sentimental person so I'm likely to get rid of it, but I'd like to know what it's value is before I try to sell it. If anyone knows what it is worth please let me know.
